    Not terrible, but probably won’t be back

    The staff was kind, and there were on property activities for kids, including the fall festival

    Rooms were pretty outdated, and there were areas of the room that weren’t very clean. There were a couple of spiders that were alive in our room, and the water from the faucets had an oily feel to them. The digital clock that came with the room had a faulty cord, and the cord sparked very big and actually burnt the cord off and back of the clock had burn marks. And lastly, with small kids, I think there should have been a double bolt lock on the door. Even if the door was locked, if the door handle was pulled at all the door would immediately unlock and open.

    It was an amazing resort. They had everything they promised. And it looked just like the pictures we had a wonderful vacation stayed five nights.

    I have stayed at Stillwaters Resort in the past and the accommodations were really great. On this trip, the beds were great.

    The building (E) we were placed in was very dated. The building needs a big renovation. The tub had mold growing in the jets and it was dirty (gross). Also, if there NO kitchen accommodations i.e. coffee filters, salt, pepper, paper towels, at least let a person know. I did bring what I needed coffee ect and I can use paper towels for a filter but there we zero paper towels. Also, the note not to leave dirty dishes is fine but there was no dishwashing soap so that was a problem.... Anway, I have been to Branson 5 times this year and this was my least favorite place to stay. Maybe because I had high expectations!!!!
