  Sehr zentrale Lage, leider an einer gut befahrenen Straße gelegen, so dass bei offenem Fenster der Verkehrslärm störend war

  Völlig unzureichendes Kochgeschirr - nur ein Topf ohne Deckel und ohne planen Boden. Kein TV-Empfang, Streaming unzuverlässig

  Es hätte nicht besser sein können

  Sehr schickes Apartment, sehr gut ausstattet und top Lage in Wien. Außerdem, super nette und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

  Noisy, stuffy, tight quarters, uncomfortable, aggravating- all for $2,500!

  +a well renovated building and apartment, walking distance to the Old town. Toilet is separate from the bathroom and has a sink. Warning: AC and summer blankets are needed during hot weather. The apartment is on the 2nd floor facing a narrow busy street- impossible to open the windows day or night. I had trouble sleeping. Smells from the café below start at 5:30 am! Owners hugely overcharged for cleaning-140euros with the going rate in Vienna of 16-20e/hour (toilet was dirty and all drawers I opened had to be cleaned to use) and demanded additional 300 euros security deposit. It took the owners 3 days to return it back to our daughter’s bank account)(even though I washed all the towels/linens for them!) Both issues are unacceptable. I stayed for a month unlike most other reviewers. Short term tenants probably do not notice all the listed defects but for us all listed issues compromised our stay and made us buy basic items that were not present (oven dish, dishrack, hangers, a universal lid, borrowed a pot from my daughter). Calculated misinformation about the size of the apt.: it is only 60sq.m- not 80sq as stated. I got a floor plan from the owner that clearly stated that! He pretends to be confused about the size and does NOT correct that fact in Booking.com! There are apartments above that have a separate eat-in kitchen that are indeed 80sq.

Absentee landlords ignored defects, complaints and requests for one whole month of our stay! All defects: missing pots, matching lids, burnt bulb over the range, very few hangers and even those huge and wide -4 took all the space, no baking dish to use in the oven (it stays virginally clean- maybe that is the goal!?). Requested additional bed linens and kitchen towels were provided on the 18th day of my stay! Tons of hand down dishes but missing essentials like a dishrack! No instructions are provided how to operate the oven (enigma) or the towel warmer (hidden button). - The apartment is NOT fit for 5 people, let alone for extended stay. A small closet in the bedroom fits 2 comfortably and 3 uncomfortably. Putting 3 old broken uncomfortable (even for sitting!) sofas in the apartment does not mean it can service 5 people (unless they aim at migrant workers who rent by the bed)! - Just like in another negative review the owners badmouthed instead of taking into account, nobody was there to let us in on the move-in day at agreed time! We were standing in front of the apt for 15 minutes with my daughter’s newborn waiting till a neighbor returned from her shopping trip! No apologies offered.

  Wonderful apartment, we would stay here again.

  Location was excellent. We loved the apartment's style.

  The only bad thing was car traffic noise.
