  Posizione un po' defilata dalla città ma molto confortevole, parcheggio esterno pubblico e quartiere molto tranquillo.

  Il bagno è fuori dalla camera e bisogna attraversare un piccolo corridoio per arrivarci, non è stato un problema ma dall'annuncio non l'avevamo capito, non so se il piano è privato perchè ci siamo fermati solo una notte.

  Self check-in was very convenient, free parking was a big plus, and overall the accommodation offers very good value for money. The shared bathroom with the host’s son wasn’t a problem for us.

  This is more like a room in the host’s family home rather than a studio, and there is no kitchen. Some listed amenities were not actually available: we were told we couldn’t use the washing machine because it was “very busy,” and the welcome wine mentioned on the booking website was not provided. If these amenities are not always available, it would be better to make this clear in the listing. We also accidentally left a valuable item behind and offered to pay to have it sent to a nearby city, but unfortunately the host simply replied that they couldn’t help.

  Schöne Unterbringung für in meinem Fall Probearbeit am Folgetag mit ruhiger, gepflegter Lage.

  Freundliche Begrüßung, eigener Zugang, gepflegt und wohnlich mit schöner Einrichtung, ruhig. Spaziergang ca. 500m zu Aussichtsmöglichkeit mit tollem Blick auf Koblenz.

  Bei einer Übernachtung ist mir nichts dazu aufgefallen.

  It was ok

  This is NOT a Studio but a room in a family house with a shared bathroom with the kids living on the same floor. The hosts are very friendly and quiet. The balcony is spacious and nice. Free parking on the street in front of the house.

  As said it was not mentioned at all that this is just a room in a family house so I expected an independent studio. During the week is ok, kids are quiet, going to school early so it was fine. On Saturday, I had to wait 30mins in the morning until the bathroom/toilette gets available! The fridge is a camping fridge doing nothing but noise, I had to switch it off.. The room is packed with office stuff and becomes too tight in space. No kitchen on the floor you are allowed to use so water or washing your cup must be done in the shared toilette.
