Please note the Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa is completely nonsmoking. The spa opening hours are as follows: Monday – Friday: 06:30 until 22:00 Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays: 08:00 until 20:00 Children's swimming times are as follows: Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 09:00 and 18:00 – 19:30. During school holidays, 7 days a week: 08:00 until 09:00 daily To use the swimming pool facilities during 10 am and 6 pm you need to book a 2 hours pool session in advance with the property. No lifeguard will be present at the pool area. The property has strict child supervision policies in place. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Hotel is tired and over priced

    Staff were friendly and service generally very good.

    Hotel is very tired and in need of a significant refurbishment of the decor, carpets, rooms & bar areas. At £200 for a one-night stay, it is over priced for what we would consider a 3* hotel at best.

    OVERPRICED AT £198 SOLO TRAVELER!

    Friendly staff, decent hotel gym.

    Overpriced at £198! No water, fridge or tissues in room, one and a quarter toilet rolls, cheap I thought! Awful attic room, no good for a 6ft 4 male! Breakfast average sausages & bacon poor.No Wi Fi reception in room!

    A great short getaway with friends, facilities were great for the price we paid.

    breakfast was excellent and swimming pool and spa facilities were great

    Reception staff could be more welcoming and friendly
