Nice, charming, clean, good located and friendly contact with the owner. The apartment has almost everything what needed it.
Take into consideration that the apartment has four levels so a lot of stairs to go up and down. The bathroom is as well very narrow and next to the kitchen which is not ideal combination for the summer. One suggestion: insect frames at the windows at least in the bathroom would be great.

Exceptional
The house is beautifully renovated to the smallest details and is in a nice town close to the see and also to some great vineries. There are amazing restaurants in the village and a couple of small shops, butcher, bakery ATP so everything one needs.
There is no furniture on the rooftop terrace and it is very inconvenient to bring chairs up on the steep stairs.
