    Cosy and a happy stay

    Good location and very cosy everything was at a good standard

    If guests are booked in other apartment you can hear them in far bedroom but wasn’t a major issue

    Lovely cottage, quintessential English countryside experience.

    Our family of four stayed in the larger cottage and it was a home away from home. We never met the manager but someone had left welcoming music on for our arrival and decorated for Christmas - there was even a tree! We made fires in the wood stove nightly, took walks by the River Avon to see the swans, played cards and ate dinner at the Wheatsheaf pub across the street, and even figured out how to use the 2in1 washer/dryer. (The manual can be found online.) It was a short drive to Stonehenge and Old Sarum. We explored Salisbury as well. Highly recommended spending time at the Salisbury cathedral, Waterstones bookstore, and Sonder cafe. We’ll be back!
