    Comfortable house and with beautiful garden in Northern Ballarat

    Comfortable and unique house in quiet neighbourhood. The garden and outdoor areas look lovely if the weather is suitable. Fairy lights at night. The cottage is well equiped and we found the owners very responsive to our queries.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and homely. Thank you

    Location was great. Well equipped and very comfy. Bonus fire place and wood fore the fire on the first very cold night on arrival. Plenty of linen. The garden was great. I enjoyed walking and seeing the plants. Would love to see it in summer also.

    The lights on the stairs to the master rooms were not working. Only one step had one. Just a maintenance matter I’m sure. Everything else was well maintained and very nice.

    Heat mainly went upstairs to open planned bedroom whilst downstairs did not get to much heat

    The atmosphere was nice. Well equipped for living, some firewood and a nice fireplace and a sence of seclusion in the burbs.

    Beds on two sides of the mezzanine were both double beds. Not ideal for sharing and or intimacy.
