    We had a great time touring wine and bourbon and enjoyed coning home to this chic and cozy home.

    Everything was just like photos, lots of room and everything we needed.

    Not sure it could have been better!

    Everything! The location was perfect for focusing on the Texas Wine Country. The house was exceptionally clean and very well decorated

    Wish there had been a real coffee maker. I’m not a Keurig fan

    Perfect place for a relaxing stay in the Hill County

    VERY easy access from our vehicle to the front door (ie perfect parking); the neighborhood was SO peaceful & quiet, a quick drive to Fredericksburg or Johnson City for dining and very close to several nice vineyards.

    The bathroom for 1 of the bedrooms was not directly connected to it, but that one negative was totally outweighed by the other many other positives of this home.
