Room sizes were good. Kitchen well stocked with utensils (but no freezer)
Flat was fairly clean, but there were still some spiders and cobwebs ( see other people's reviews). The garbage was piled up outside. The wheels bin was full, and there were piles of black k bin bags and other rubbish around. This can't have been cleared for weeks. The service team replied to my first comment sent to them but then didn't reply to my follow-up. Sound is an issue. All sounds from the flat below can be heard. One night, the people below were up all night chatting. They were not rowdy, but they could be heard throughout the night. We stayed local one day. Big mistake. The resident below spent the whole day doing something with his motorbike in the yard directly under the lounge. This included long periods of revving the bike up. Unreasona le noise and fumes coming in through the windows

Initially seemed nice but dirty and very poor customer service
The property looked nice initially had good space for sitting and dining and n the bedrooms. The welcome bags were nice with tea, coffee and items to wash with.
The apartment was not was dirty, it initially looked ok but rubbish was piled in the yard, which led to smells in the kitchen when the back door was open. There were food crumbs and bits in the sofa creases, the crockery, cutlery and pans were dirty with cooked food on them. The bathroom sink was dirty. One bed appeared to have dirty sheets on it. The mattress on the other single beds sagged completely in the middle. When I contacted the company who rent out the property they initially apologised by then ignored my subsequent emails other than messaging me asking for reviews.

great location - nice seaside small town feel, apartment had excellent neighbour downstrairs. fabulous fish and chips, great beach ,, playground , maritime centre with Lifeboats history and cafe. Excellent Italian style Ice cream cafe
pre-paid meter for electric need to be toped up and that caused power cut of several hours but was fixed

My partner and I stayed over new year. We found the apartment spotlessly clean and great value for money. Great location small walk from the beach bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return would definitely recommend.

Satisfactory for a reasonably priced stay near the coast but not a location/ property I’d return to
Property was a good layout with plenty of space in the bedrooms and living/dining area. Kitchen and bathroom were clean.
Main issue with the property is how thin the walls are and/or how noisy the neighbours are. Constant noise from next door all day and evening, plus noise from below late at night once we moved through to the bedrooms. We didn’t receive any instructions on arrival to enter the property, although the host did answer the phone quickly and provide the code but wasn’t particularly friendly on the phone. The property was generally clean, although bedrooms and living room had spiders and cobwebs throughout which hadn’t been cleaned and dirty patches on carpets. Providing 1 toilet roll for 4 people staying Saturday to Monday wasn’t sufficient.
