    It’s was a lovely place. Location is amazing!

    The location of the property is fantastic!!! If you walk down the road and turn right and keep walking, you will get a perfect view of the Galata tower(pictured below). If you walk up the road and through some streets you end up on istiklal street, which if you know anything about shopping in Istanbul is their Oxford street. Staff were kind. Clothes and souvenir shops are close and lots of restaurants to choose from. Also just a tip.. if you were hoping to save money by buying cheap drinks and snacks their is a shop just a 5 minute walk away called ‘Migros Jet’ which is like a grocery store and everything is very affordable. Just please be aware that Istanbul is a place filled with hills. You will need to walk miles to get somewhere but they have metros and buses everywhere! There are also many noises dogs, cats, cars, motorbikes, boats, and most importantly SEAGULLS. Also to get around Istanbul definitely download an app called CITYMAPPER. It’s easy to use and gets you anywhere.

    There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but just a disclaimer - PEOPLE WITH ECZEMA ITS REAL BRICKS!!!!! so when I first booked the place I thought it was brick wallpaper as in England that’s the norm but when I got there I realised it’s actually real stone. So if you have eczema and it’s under control brilliant! But if you’re prone to flair ups, maybe reconsider!

    The location was great as it was close to Galata Tower. The staff were friendly too.

    The room we thought we had booked didn't match up to what we received on arrival. There was a steep staircase down to another level which we were constantly worried about our daughter falling down. The shower gathered water quickly and the staircase railing was taped together. Not enough space for suitcases in the room because it was split over two levels. Probably ideal for a single traveler but not for a family at all.

    Great option to visit Istanbul

    The room feels cozy and has a nice view. The shower works well and the AC too.

    Hard to get additional coffee for breakfast. Windows are heavy to handle and not in good shape (not sealing sounds effectively).
