For a 3 bdr place it needed another 2 seater lounge, 1 x 3 seater lounge is not enough. For the money you pay needs a coffee press & or machine, lacked in cooking utensils could do with better bowls for cereal & salad bowls. Microwave was in a cupboard, very awkward to use, had to leave cupboard door open, oven/stovetop & microwave were both initially on lock & took a fair while to workout how to unlock, pretty frustrating. 3rd room had no storage options nor luggage rest, the dryer did not work & the ceiling fan in the 3rd room stopped working, main ensuite needs more attention to cleanness, particularly the tiles, a significant build up of soap sum & in some areas mould.

We would recommend Story Apartments for its convenient location and the generous space offered by the three-bedroom apartment. The layout provided ample room to move around comfortably throughout our stay. Guests should be aware that there is ongoing construction surrounding the property, with work commencing from approximately 6:30 am. While some noise was noticeable during the morning, it did not affect our sleep or impact our overall experience.
The exhaust fans in the toilets were not functioning during our stay. In addition, the main toilet had a water leak that extended into the carpeted bedroom beside it. The issue was reported to reception and staff attended to inspect it the following day.

Balcony views and great location for us to reach the city.
It was generally clean but we found that there was a lot of dust. Especially on the ceiling fan when we turned it on.

Noisy location, not walkable to coffee shops.
Rare 3 bedroom apartment in Brisbane. Walking distance to river. Outdoor pool was nice.
Noise from main road. No coffee shops nearby. Had to drive to supermarket or coffee. Walking distance to anything atleast 20 minutes. Gym was very basic.
