Lovely place
Clean, well-equipped and comfortable flat with a lovely terrace and beautiful view to the lake in the center of Agios Nikolaos. Get a taxi or a bus from and to the bus station to avoid the steep street. Thank you, Mihalis for all your help and support!
The stairs, at first, but then you get used to it. Everything was great!

Una vista bellissima sul lago, una casa accogliente e curata dove non mancava davvero nulla. Ma cio' che ha reso il nostro soggiorno speciale è stata soprattutto l'accoglienza di Michael e della sua gentile sorella. Siamo arrivati piuttosto tardi e Michael ci ha offerto una pizza e ci ha fatto trovare il firgo pieno di bibite fresche e della frutta oltre a biscotti caffe e tutto il necessario per la colazione. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e accolti con grande attenzione, come a casa. Sotto l'appartamento, sul lago, si trova il suo ristorante dove abbiamo cenato una sola sera ma che ci ha lasciato una ottima impressione, personale gentilissimo disponibile e molto premuroso. Un posto che porteremo nel cuore e che consigliamo davvero a chi cerca tranquillità, bellezza e una ospitalità autentica. Un caro saluto al nostro amico Michael

Мы второй раз с огромным удовольствием останавливаемся в этом гостеприимном месте. Превосходное расположение, удобная квартира, мощный кондиционер, который так удобно расположен, что охлаждает квартиру, но совсем не дует на вас во время сна. Вода, пиво, кока кола в холодильнике. Кофе и кофемашина. На балконе прекрасно завтракать с отличным видом на озеро. Хозяин замечательный. Очень внимательный и радушный. Все время рядом с квартирой, так как ему принадлежит ресторан напротив. Кафе 12. Обязательно там пообедайте или поужинайте. Это действительно одно из самых вкусных мест в городе. Креветки саганки моя любовь. Больше таких я нигде не смогла попробовать. Не раздумывайте - если квартира свободна, то срочно ее бронируйте, вы не пожалеете!
