    Gute Wohnung, in den Details besteht noch Potenzial

    Große und gut aufgeteilte Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, eigener Parkplatz, nahe am Zentrum (was aber nicht nur Vorteile hat), eigener Fahrradschuppen (abschließbar), entspricht weitgehend der Beschreibung.

    SAT-Empfang gestört bzw. Fernseher flackert, keine Gästekarten bekommen, kein persönlicher Kontakt vor Ort, Insktenschutz an Balkontüre und Dachfenster defekt bzw. unbrauchbar, Dichtung der Duschtür hat falsches Maß und fällt deshalb immer wieder ab, Staubsauger stinkt (vermutlich uralter Beutel), Spiegel-Beleuchtung im Bad defekt, Deckenlampe im Bad sehr schwach, sehr unruhige Umgebung Tag und Nacht, kein Sonnenschutz auf dem Südbalkon, verschlissene Terrassenmöbel (eingerissen, es fehlt ein Fuß), keine freien Steckdosen am Bett. Die beiden "Kinderzimmer" sind eher enge Schlafkammern als Zimmer. Dadurch insgesamt kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
