    Tolle Wohnung in Binz, jederzeit wieder

    Super Lage. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und gut ausgestattet.

    Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

    Die Villa Seeadler wird leider zu wenig gepflegt.

    Die Lage. Bequeme Betten.

    Die Wohnung war sauber, nicht aber das Haus selber. Auch die Möbel auf dem Balkon waren schmutzig. Am schlimmsten war die Parkgarage. Mühsam zum parken und sehr schmutzig.

    Die Anlieferung für andere hotels mit den Wagen jeden früh 7.00 Uhr war sehr laut

    Gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade, Tiefgaragenstellplatz, wir hatten als Familie richtig viel Platz.

    Leider steht nirgends, dass am Weg vor dem Balkon sehr viel Lieferverkehr für die Gastronomie an der Strandpromenade, langgeht. Wenn man morgens noch etwas Ruhe möchte ist dies die falsche Wohnung.
