Spacieux et bien situé mais avec des inconforts.
L’emplacement dans le quartier d’Alfama, près de tout.
Il y avait des sons agaçants venant de la plomberie, jour et nuit. Aussi, un endroit un peu bruyant, dans un immeuble avec d’autres loyers. Il n’y avait pas d’endroit extérieur pour relaxer ou manger, à part un minuscule balcon. L’arrière cour n’est pas très jolie: des ruines et des travaux. Il manquait un grille-pain et une nouvelle poêle anti-adhésive ne serait pas un luxe!

Wegen Baustelle nicht zu empfehlen!
Großzügig und komfortabel mit 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, großer Küche mit Essbereich und Wohnzimmer mit kleinen Balkon im 1. Stock.
Unerträglicher Lärm von der Baustelle im Hinterhof. Den ganzen Nachmittag wurde gebohrt und geflext! Der Vermieter teilte auf Anfrage mit, dass am Vormittag nicht vor 10.00 Uhr gearbeitet wird. War dann leider nicht korrekt. Ab 08.30 Uhr ging der Lärm los! Der Preis für 1 Nacht ist somit inakzeptabel!

La ubicación y el estado del piso.
Los baños hacían un ruido extraño, se informó al propietario, pero no hizo nada para solucionarlo.

Lack of authorization for guests arriving by car to access an area restricted to residents, further compounded by the fact that there is no parking available nearby.
