    Lovely and cozy stay

    The area was quiet and property is well maintained and shows the owners care for their property and guests. It was close enough to town to be convenient.

    The thermostat for heating was difficult to read although it worked well.

    Comfortable motel, old-fashioned but clean and spacious; outside of town, but quiet. Nice heated pool.

    Parking right outside our room. Close to Stratford. Spacious room, beautiful view of red barn and cornfield. Fridge and coffee maker. Comfortable beds, quiet area, good value. Heated pool was a pleasant surprise. Fresh towels upon request.

    Two steps up to rooms 107 and 108 are very dangerously slanted and loose; manager did not seem at all concerned when I pointed out that they at least need a warning sign and yellow caution tape. Repeat: very dangerously slanted…. Would have preferred a walk-in shower. Do not like fabric shower curtain. Would have enjoyed a comfortable easy chair.
