    Fantastic host and a great property to explore the lakes

    Tanya was amazing. Having spent the week before at center parcs with our son and disabled daughter, she very kindly did some clothes washing for us. Helped us make some extra room to navigate our daughters wheelchair through to the bedrooms, and was always available to help in any way she could. The experience was a fantastic one, but without Tanya's flexibility and calming approachable personality, it could have been very different. Cannot sing your praises highly enough. We will definitely be coming back again.

    This is a lovely property to stay. Quiet area. There is a 15-20 minute walk into Cockermouth centre but if you cut throu
