  Logement spacieux, propre et bien équipé, la machine à café, la climatisation, chambre bien insonorisée et la double sécurité avec le patio dans l’entrée

  Pas au point de ne pas avoir aimé mais mitigé sur l’emplacement, la vue sur le port n’est pas top et la gare centrale est à 1/2 heure à pied, donc il ne fallait pas se rater sur le départ pour prendre un train et visiter les villes côtière ( Les taxis et UBER sont chers). la double voie au pied de l’immeuble un peu dangereuse. L’accès au centre se fait tout de même facilement et au final est parfait et très agréable pour y dormir et se reposer après une grosse journée. Merci

  Der Vermieter hat sich bemüht, die Wohnung unter anderen Umständen sicherlich ok.

  Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern im Internet, war neu und modern eingerichtet. Vor dem Haus gab es kostenlose Parkplätze. Der Vermieter war schnell per mail erreichbar.

  Die Lage der Wohnung war zwar zentrumsnah und selbiges fußläufig zu erreichen, aber in einer Gegend im Hafen, wo ich echt teilweise Angst hatte, zu Fuß abends in die Stadt zu laufen. Der Meerblick ist etwas übertrieben; man schaut auf den Industriehafen und die Wohnung liegt an der wahrscheinlich belebtesten Straße von ganz Catania, ein Fester nachts zu öffnen, war nicht möglich. Leider hatten wir 24 Stunden kein Wasser, weil irgendwelche Reparaturarbeiten im Stadtteil durchgeführt wurden; aber 24 h ohne die Möglichkeit der Toilettennutzung ist eine Katastrophe.

  Sehr modernes Appartment, sehr gute Sanitäranlagen, sehr sauber und gepflegt, gute Kaffeemaschine, genügend Parkplätze vorhanden, gut erreichbar mit Lime-Scooter aus der Stadt

  A wonderful stay in Catania

  The apartment is located just next to the port, within walking distance to the historic center and the beach, which matters if you don't have a car or don't want to use it. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. A microwave oven and a washing machine were added at the beginning of my stay, so we had everything we needed to handle frequent beach visits with kids. One of the rooms has air conditioning, and it works fine. There is always some room to park your car in front of the building. The available TV channels are mostly in Italian, but I turned the TV on just once and out of curiosity -- you don't go to Sicily to watch TV. The WiFi works flawlessly, so, if at all, you will be watching YouTube/Netflix anyway if you bring your laptop.

  The electric current limit assigned to that apartment is insufficient and should be bumped up. You can't use the air conditioning, the washing machine, or the kettle at the same time, or the circuit breaker trips on overload. Trivial to fix, as the box is just next to the entry, but really annoying and requires some discipline in scheduling your tasks. This is the only issue that comes to mind.
