    Such a gorgeous cottage! We will be back!

    Such a lovely cottage, with lots of little extra touches, in a secure estate with the most beautiful views! Fabulous location to visit lots of wine farms, the beach and Chapmans Peak. Monja was excellent and helped us with anything that we needed.

    Le côté j'ai situé dans un parc résidentiel sécurisé très agréable et bien entretenu avec une belle piscine.

    Ce qui me surprend parmi tous tes commentaires lus sur ce cottage c'est que personne ne mentionne le bruit de la route qui est omniprésent de 6h du matin à 23h le soir, et ce quel que soit l'endroit où l'on se trouve dans le parc résidentiel. Le cottage en lui-même est assez mignon mais nous avons trouvé les équipements relativement vétustes, hormis les lits qui étaient confortables et le canapé qui semble être récent. Le reste du cottage est quand même assez vieillot et mériterait une belle rénovation, c est dommage. La grille du barbecue était très sale en arrivant, j'ai retrouvé plusieurs éléments de plastique sur la pelouse juste devant le cottage en arrivant, la douche à l'étage ne fonctionne pas, soit l'eau est très chaude soit elle est froide, donc pas vraiment fonctionnelle. Les moquettes dans les chambres sont vieillottes et il y a quelques ecaillements de peinture par-ci par-là. La cuisine est plutôt correcte mais vraiment vieillissante idem pour la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée.
