Very good but............
The location is fantastic, the layout and the facilities are superb. Surrounding countryside and villages are a delight to see
The outside needs serious attention. The gutters are full of moss, weed, soil, the table and chairs are totally bare of any varnish, the 'outshed' is full of scrap metal items, the grass is over grown, the driveway is full of 'monster potholes'. Real shame as we would love to come back more often in the future.

A fantastic place to stay - beautiful location and a house that has everything you could need.
A lovely spacious barn conversion in a beautiful location. Very helpful hosts and the cottage had everything we needed. We enjoyed a day at Beaulieu, and had good meals in local pubs.
