Water slide for The kids at the Capital Hotel.

The shuttle to amenities was suspended on our day of arrival and hence we couldn't access all the facilities. No alternative plan was made for guests and therefore we were limited with activities for our weekend stay. The monkeys were a nuisance.

    Our experience was highly unsatisfactory.

    The sea view

We initially discovered cockroaches in my children's bedroom. After reporting this, we were moved to a secondary room that was unhygienic. The sheets were dirty, the room lacked the balcony we paid for, and the television was significantly smaller. Furthermore, we paid an additional R280,00 cleaning fee, yet the living room balcony remained filthy throughout our stay. The agent/ owner never follow up on our comfort and process a refund, we have received no communication.
