    Disappointing stay for a special family occasion.

    The property is very spacious and each room has an en-suite or allocated bathroom. There were 10 of us so this was really helpful. The hot tub area and garden is a nice, private space. We enjoyed using the hot tub which was lovely and warm.

    Having read the reviews we were excited about our visit but we were disappointed on arrival. The house is spacious but it seems that general maintenance is lacking. For example, some of the windows did not open, one of the radiators needed bled, generally very tired and in need of some decoration and maintenance. The WiFi connection is extremely poor and the TV uses a streaming service which relies on it. When we arrived the TV was not working. The owner did try to fix it but was unable to do so until the following day when a firestick was supplied. On the second day of our stay the heating broke down. We did not discover this until we returned late to the property, which was freezing and without hot water. The owner arranged for the heating engineer to come out the following morning and replace a part so the problem was resolved. The owner said that he hadn’t had any problems with the WiFi, TV or heating in 5 years so it seems we were very unlucky to experience problems with all 3 when we were there.

    Perfect space for people coming together in a very comfortable house.

    The location was great - in the centre of Blairgowrie - yet very private. Loved the hot tub, 5 bathrooms plus one toilet, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and ample space for a family of 6 adults 4 children.

    A great location for a birthday weekend!

    An excellent stay for groups; there's plenty of space with the 5 bedrooms, 4 of them ensuite, and a bonus 5th bathroom too. All the basic kitchen amenities are there to allow for eating in, but it's also very close to nice restaurants. Enough parking on site for 5 cars too.
