  DISAPOINTED

  It was close to the beach and groceries. It has a balcony from which one can see the sea, on a certain position.

  The street address is wrong, not Lotus #2 but #5 and I had to go from door to door till I was contacted by the owner. Almost everything in the apartment screams CHEAP, one roll of toilet paper for 4 days; dirty, kitchen utensils seem taken from a secondhand store, no hooks for towels in the bathroom, garbage bags too small for the containers etc. I think that one can find a better alternative at a more convenient price.

  The worst management we have seen in a listing

  Nothing in particular, but close to the beach

  1. The property is not located at the adress mentioned in the listing. The real adress is Lotusului no 5, 2nd villa, and we wondered the building for about 10 minutes and we tried the intercom code the owner gave us on all 3 doors. 2. The host dis not give us access instructions at all, we called him a few tines before arrival and he was able to send us by phone just the access codes and the floor and flat number and then he did not answer anymore the phone, but the building has 3 entries and another number than the one in the listing. 3. The listing is described as a two bedroom apartment and it is realy a one bedroom apartment and is has a one person couch next to the kitchen sink, libe a chair. It is really not as promoted in the listing description. In my honest opinion evend the reviews are fake because they say that a family with children staid here, but in reality there is no room for such guests so this is probably fake. You cannot fit a family with children in a 160/200 bed for a vacation. People should not take for granted other people's money. 4. The place was extremenly dirty, flies and bugs inside in all rooms, the chair on the balcony was broken, the couch was dirty, it looked like the cleaning had beed done weeks ago and the place was empty for a long period, the were spider webs all over the place, a knife in the bedroom and it looked very ugly for the money charged. 5. There were no amenities inside the apartment, no toilet paper even, no soap, no nothig, no coffee. For the value is has nothing to offer, not even the minimum confort. 6. Very poor communication. When we finally arrived and saw the place we tried contacting the host and they did not answer at all.

  Este ideal pentru o familie cu doi copii. Gazda foarte amabil, plaja in apropiere, curatenie ok.
