    Clean and comfortable, but far from luxurious as befits the down-market location.

    Convenient location near Chinatown and Central Market. Studio was clean and moderately well-equipped as per description. Bed was comfortable. Car parking was easy.

    Room was poorly ventilated. Please reinstate insect screen so we can open window at night. Bathroom exhaust fan needs cleaning. Too dusty to be very effective. Need more than 1 rubbish bag for a week's stay. Water glasses would be appreciated. Apartment has been painted but fixtures and fittings are rather old and tired.

    Good

    Location, comfortable bed, convenient car park.

    Stale smell in the ground floor reception area, similar smell in room (smelt like damp carpet). Permanent stain in the toilet bowl. Unaware when booking there was a pub next door, loud live music on Friday and Saturday nights might keep guests awake. Bathroom clean but small bath/shower set up risky for older people - hand rail would assist access. The slow elevator shudders when coming to a stop, accompanied by loud mechanical noises - unsettling on first use.

    It was ok,

    The location was very convenient, it had a parking space in the first floor, but it wasn’t clear which was my space, so apparently I took someone else’s spot and they left a note on my window shield hahaha

    The shampoo was shampoo for cleaning
