  Easy stay, good location, facilities could be improved.

  Location was amazing, couldn't have been better. Building was safe and secure.

  Some maintenance issues such as roof caving in, no fan for bathroom made it feel like a sauna, aircon wasn't that powerful, so the room felt warm all the time, bed sheets weren't comfortable.

  Unfortunately, there was nothing about the property that we felt was satisfactory.

  Extremely disappointing experience — poor management and extremely unprofessional treatment. We originally booked this property through Booking.com for three nights at $462. As soon as we arrived, we were extremely disappointed by the hygiene and condition of the property and immediately wanted to leave. We contacted the property manager and made it clear we wanted to cancel. Instead of resolving this promptly, he dragged the process out for approximately three hours while we asked to leave and for the property to be put back on Booking.com so it could potentially be rebooked. During this conversation, the manager verbally agreed to a full refund if we vacated and returned the keys. We relied on that agreement, left the property and returned the keys. The booking was then changed from three nights to one night, resulting in a $222 charge, including a $57 cleaning fee and $45 linen fee — despite us never staying there. We then booked alternative accommodation through Booking.com for all three nights of our stay, meaning we incurred the additional accommodation cost while still being charged $222 by this property. We were later told the cancellation had not been properly confirmed with the property. The manager blamed Booking.com, despite us following his instructions and relying on his explicit agreement to provide a full refund. We also experienced verbally abusive and highly unprofessional behaviour from the property manager throughout the process. We have a recording of the conversation and a witness who heard the agreement and saw us return the keys. Ultimately, we have been left paying $222 despite never staying at the property and despite the agreed full refund. Booking.com has not compensated us, despite us booking alternative accommodation through their platform for the entire three-night stay. The treatment from the property manager was completely inappropriate, and the lack of meaningful resolution from Booking.com has been equally disappointing.

  Great location all you need for a short stay

  The location is perfect. Right in the heart of everything.

  The rooms are tired and old. While the bathroom was clean it didn't look so clean because of the age of everything, ie stained bath.
