Location!
The checkout time was early and they did not include parking for the day so made it more difficult to ski that day we planned to.

Location was good. Quiet and comfortable
We didn't get fresh towels. The air in the hotel was very dense which exacerbate my altitude sickness. Staff was not helpful. I was told they didn't see over my room.

Fantastic stay
The facility was beautiful and very clean. It was a seemless checkin with friendly staff. And the host was on top of everything, great communication.
The only thing I didn't like, was having to checkout. I wish I could have stayed longer. Crested Butte is a gorgeous place to be.
