    For the cost of the room it should have been better. The only saving grace they had was the desk clerk. Super nice and t

    The guy at the front desk was great! Poor guy was having to deal with customers that were angry even though he can’t control how the property is maintained.

    Water Bugs climbing the walls, no pictures in the ad matched the rooms. Damaged items in room like the baseboards, and the luggage rack; ac didn’t work properly. Direct TV wasn’t working and our remote looked like it had caked on grease, from 1,000 hands. Our first room was missing a leg on one of the beds and we ended up falling on the floor when we sat on it. Pool was closed and then was told it was because of Covid, but it was drained and looked like it needed repairs. Even with all this we were asked to give a deposit so the property could charge us for any damages we might cause, like they could tell.
