    The staff were friendly. The hotel was updated. The location was in a nice area.

    The beds were very uncomfortable. There was no elevator. The room was not the cleanest. There were other people's hair on the beds and in the shower.

    The price is not worth the rude interactions and bad attitudes from staff

    The property was a good value, great location, but unfortunately that was over shadowed by the extremely rude, combative, and unprofessional, managers and staff. They were unfriendly, never greeted you with a smile and not hospitable or accommodating at all.
