I got what I paid for. Anyone looking for budget accommodation it fits the bill.

    Modern decor.

Bed was a mattress on 2 pallet crates. Something to go over the pallets would be good as I bumped into the corner of a crate and cut my leg. Could have put some milk in the fridge for arrival.

I liked that my daughter’s house was close. The warm water came out well. The smart TV was good too.

The mattress was too soft for me.

A place with a lot of promise but a lot of basic problems

The location is within an intersection, just after the red light, comes up on you much faster than you’d expect The front door was past just scraping the frame, had to use a lot of force to open and close it otherwise it just wouldn’t budge, it was just broken and swollen and was gradually getting worse Tiny kitchen with not enough utensils, no space to be cutting ingredients as well as using the stove. They only had 1 bowl, asked for a second one on the first day and never got a reply, used a small pot instead They did not have a large pot to cook proper meals, had to use 2 pans at the same time plus a water pot to make my bolognaise, which is difficult with only 2 stovetops Then the stove broke halfway into our stay, likely water damage because it’s right next to the sink as there was no caulking around it so water could just seep underneath. And because the stove broke I had to throw out the food I bought and had to buy dinner instead, again no real response other than acknowledgment. Horrible pillows, there’s one good harder one and 2 that may as well be flat The space got gradually dirtier and sandier as they didn’t give us a broom or vacuum to clean up after ourselves The outlet next to the fridge where you connect the toaster and kettle is melted in the socket and not safe. They only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 people for 9 nights, had to buy our own paper, which we left behind, hopefully the next person doesn’t have to buy any
