  Not a review of original apartment but overall experience and place we got on arrival

  We did not get the apartment we booked. This is rating of the overall experience and apartment we got when we arrived. It was high season, and we had work weekend. Two weeks before trip host called asking if we want to take apartment on other side of the town, because he had other reservation for a place we booked. We declined because we booked it specifically for the location. When we arrived, he said he can't give us place we booked, but one that was closer (difference was negligible). It was NOT the location we declined previously. We did not have chance to check it properly because we had obligations, but it turned out: - it had no parking, (host did suggest we go to nearby parking lot that was packed full because of the nearby event in high season and in the end settled to park at original apartment parking) - it was not cleaned properly, except perhaps the bathroom (dust everywhere, stuff left in cupboard), and it smelled musty. It was obviously not in use for some time. - It was dilapidated, some of the fixtures were broken, and it was on the main street with a lot of traffic noise. - Since we got only one set of towels, we asked for second set, and told him we are dissatisfied about the apartment. Next day we had very unpleasant conversation when we asked for a refund of part of the money because what we booked was obviously not what we got. When confronted with all of the above, host claimed he was doing us a favour because of the distance and that we were hysterical. He complained that we were not in the apartment when he left the towels, although we told him we will be away for the evening because of work. During the discussion he did say that we can take the original apartment if we want (apparently it was available at that point), but we didn't have time due to work we had and didn't want to spend night in his vicinity after that quarrel.

  Čudovit app z vsemi pripomočki, zunaj velika letna kuhinja in prijazni gostitelji.

  Lokacija je odlična, blizu glavne ceste in plaže. Lep razgled, polno rož in prijazni lastniki. Parking v senci. Do trgovine 5 min peš. Res je bil to pravi dopust.

  Cesta, ki jo še vedno popravljajo med Opatijo in križiščem za Rijeko.

  Réception assez confuse, malgré l'heure d'arrivée indiquée. Mauvaise odeur dans l'habitation. Pas de climatisation alors que c'est indiqué sur Booking ? Pas de savon à disposition. 1 rouleau de papier toilette presque fini. Beaucoup de moustiques . Endroits mal entretenus.

  Невероятно гостеприимные и сердечные хозяева, которые с порога радушно приняли нас как хороших друзей. Студия хорошо оснащена, есть все необходимое как для короткого пребывания, так и для более длительного отдыха. Расположение студии отличное: все необходимое для отдыха - рядом - разнообразные пляжи, супермаркет, автобусные остановки. Сама студия имеет выход в очень уютный садик с детской площадной и батутом, что было дополнительным бонусом для дочки, которая просто влюбилась в него) В саду также имеется мангал и беседка. Так что в целом, отдых в студии превратился скорее в отдых в отдельном домике и садом и мангалом, что не могло не порадовать) Отдельно отмечу снова прекрасных хозяев, которые не переставали знакомить нас с местной кухней и вином) Огромное вам спасибо за прекрасный отдых!
