    Top locatie

    De locatie is top, ook vriendelijk en attente host

    De voetstappen en andere geluiden van de bovenburen zijn erg duidelijk hoorbaar door het plafond, wat voor geluidsoverlast zorgt. Daarnaast vond ik de kussens veel te hard en oncomfortabel om goed op te kunnen slapen. En ook de afwezigheid van een koelkastje vind ik heel jammer.

    Centrally located but beware of smell and cleanliness

    Located within Old Town Dubrovnik, close to shops and restaurants

    The property smelt so badly of cats that we had to sleep with face masks on and cancelled the rest of our stay for a refund. We had to book another property last minute just to have somewhere clean to stay. The property was not clean, there was dark long hair in the shower (I have blonde hair) and it was mouldy and smelly. Hosts tried to relocate us to another property but we just wanted away from the place. It is also up a lot of stairs in the Old Town as it is on the far side and there is no mention of this in the ad. The entrance stairs of the property had a cat bed, cleaning supplies and was very dirty. The upstairs neighbours were also incredibly loud and it sounded like they were jumping up and down all hours of the night.

    Przyjemny wygodny apartament na krótki pobyt w spokojnej lokalizacji

    Niewielki apartament z aneksem kuchennym i łazienką. Na krótki pobyt dla nas był wystarczający. Ładny i czysty. Wyposażony w niezbędne sprzęty. Łazienka ok, są sprzęty kuchenne typu toster, mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy. Znajduje się tuż obok murów obronnych czyli dość wysoko więc trzeba mieć to na uwadze. Jest spokojnie. Blisko do plazy za murami i kultowego baru. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym.

    Przydałyby się podstawowe rzeczy jak kawa, herbata, cukier. Klatka schodowa jest mocno zaniedbana i dość intensywnie czuć obecność kotów. Dodatkowo przez strop słychać sąsiadów z góry nawet jak chodzą.
