    Doesn't have what is promised

    The apartment fit our needs, however, we wouldn't have stayed here if we knew what was promised wasn't there at all.

    I really tried to rectify the situation, however, I'm a bit surprised with the lack of communication and GHOSTING done on the owners part. The first thing it says FREE WIFI and BREAKFAST are part of the stay. THERE IS NO WIFI, at all, i don't even think there ever was, we work while traveling and not having wifi in the apartment is really a deal breaker for us, i wouldn't have stayed at this apartment. And because the apartment is in the back of the building, our celular internet didn't work. we were in Milan for 3 days, we had full days planned to enjoy the city, and planned on working in the evenings. But instead we had to look for where to bring our computers, where we could sit for a length of time and work. it's august everything is closed, so it took us several hours out of our way to find a place and we had to spend money on being there. when i wrote to the owner, he never responded, ignored it entirely I wrote again, ghosted me entirely. I tried to work it out with BOOKING, and they too said the owner never responded to them.

    Misleading Wi-Fi and unresponsive host.

    The location is extremely convenient, very close to Bocconi University. There are supermarkets nearby, making daily life and grocery shopping very easy.

    Although Wi-Fi was listed as an amenity, it was completely non-existent upon arrival. The host's attempted fix did not work, and when I contacted them again to resolve the issue, they completely ghosted me and provided no further response.
