    Incredibly well situated, especially for the literature festival. The room was cosy but at least the bed was comfortable.

    The room is very small, photos don’t reveal it’s something like 3x5m. I slept with my face 50cm from the kitchen bin. It is in general bad shape, or slight disrepair. Snags, wear and tear not addressed, and not overtly clean. The most disappointing thing was noise. The room is right by a piping riser, and there’s a water hammer issue. Whenever anyone in the building flushes a loo, there is a very loud sequence of thuds in the wall, which is very near to your head. That makes it very hard to sleep.

    The apartment was freezing on entering, however there was an electric radiator, that took a long time to heat up and a h

    The location. The provision of Tea/coffee/milk sachets.

    Very dated, dark and cold. The bed was almost on the floor. No dish clothes or dish towels to clean up with. No WiFi.
