    Good value location, ample public transport to access the main railway station and city.

    Located within a few minutes walk of nearest Metro station & Tram stop Instructions to access the property where clear and easy to understand. Generous size apartment which I found clean & tidy.

    Located above a restaurant, I had no problems but if you required the windows open late into the night you could be disturbed.

    Apartmet that commits frauds in posting

    Bad points dominate this apartment,

    This accommoation commits frauds in its posting about the facilities and services. 1. The reason I chose this apartment is that it posted to have an individual heating system. But it was not available and there was no heating even when the outide temperature was 7 degrees for 2 nights. The bedroom has a big winow, colder than the living room. So I finally caught a cold on the 2nd day, which ruined my remaining travel in Europe. 2. The staff let me know the wrong access code to the room, which made me stand outside of the apartment for 30 minutes. "Open" button of the application did not work, either. 3. After 5 PM, there is no staff to help. Respnse to messeges was very delayed. Meaningless echos of an AI messenger responded to my requests mostly. 5. There is no Front Desk at all, although it poted to have "24-hour Front Desk", a very bad fraud company. I originally planned to keep my luggage at the Front Dest on the last day before I depart for my country.
