    Very poor experience with this property

    The apartment itself is beautiful with high ceilings and spacious rooms. The coffeemaker made excellent coffee. The bed was comfortable. Ample dishes, glasses and cutlery were provided.

    1. We were not provided with entry into the property until the day after we were to have checked in. If someone had not been leaving and let us in, we would have been locked out on a freezing cold evening 2. The TV did not work 'No signal' 3. We ran out of hot water in the walk in shower 4. Dishwasher did not work 5. Ice cube trays were broken 6. The overhead light and kitchen fluorescent lights did not work 7. Their emergency support line suggested multiple ways we could enter the property, none of which worked 8. The corkscrew provided did not work and the knives need sharpening 9. They asked us to take the garbage out but provided no instructions on where to take it. 10. I tried communicating with the property owner multiple times to tell them our issues but had no response. I asked for a rebate of one night's rate but, again, no reply. This is the first time I'm using AirBnB (Arbio) and because of all the issues, won't be using it again

    Very satisfied!

    We were in a studio apartmant. Great location, clean, nicely decorated (with a little Christmas tree since we were there during holiday season), all the utilities you need...

    Maybe a little heater for the bedroom and a separated toilet would be a good thing to have, although they do warm up a bit from the rest of the apartmant.
