    Good unit, responsive host, but DO NOT BOOK THE UNIT THROUGH BOOKING.COM

    Good host, quick to respond, good facilities except for beds that need replacing.

    Though the unit is fine, NEVER EVER book this unit through Booking.com. Use AirBandB or some other site. With Booking.com there were layers of pages with confusing information that made it almost impossible to get to the host's information. For example, the page that gets sent to you has a four digit pin number under your confirmation number. The door has a lock with a number pad. Since this is the page you see, you assume the pin number is your door code. Not a chance. This is all booking.com information. And Booking.com is based in the Netherlands. So what is your door code as you are standing outside in the dark and the rain? I'll leave it to you to figure that out. We had to.

    very satisfied with my stay, management just needs to work on a couple of details

    location was close to everything we wanted located in a safe and quiet area as far as comfort it was great with a very good bed. everything was really clean and new.

    the TV requires an extension cord to be able to use it, and there was none there (i went to WalMart and purchased one}. i asked for extra bath towels to be placed in the unit there were 2 total and 1 washcloth for 2 days for 2 adults, (not acceptable).. can hear guests in the upstairs unit if you are in the downstairs unit.
