    Ohne Klimaanlage ist das Appartement für die warme Jahreszeit nicht zu empfehlen.

    Das Bett war gut, die Lage ist gut. Das Appartement liegt am Ende eines gepflegten Boulevards.

    Keine frische Luft und tagsüber sehr heiß im App., trotz vorgezogener Gardinen. Fenster zum Boulevard kann nicht geöffnet werden. Durchlüften ist nicht möglich. Der Luftschacht am anderen Ende beim Balkon hilft nicht. Empfehlung: Alle Oberflächen sofort fotografieren. Der Müll ist selbst auf dem Boulevard zu entsorgen. Der Küchenmüll (bei mir von Frühstück und gelegentlichen kleinen Mahlzeiten) und die leeren Wasserflaschen, die ich wegen der unerträglichen Hitze im App. brauchte. Der Vermieter macht das nicht und erwartet das. Nicht kochen, da kaum frische Luft ins App. kommt.

    Centrally located on a very lively street, but apartment is still really quiet and peaceful. The host did make sure that you have all the basic supplies that you can think of upon your arrival. Everything things are really at a walking distances included night life, restaurants and sightseeing. Carrefour grocery store is right at the corner where you can get whatever your heart desires. Host is great. Will definitely stay here if I will visit Brussels again.
