    Logement absolument parfait, spacieux, très propre, un grand balcon offrant une vue magnifique sur l’atomium, emplacement idéal à 15 mn à pied de la Grand Place, une place de parking sécurisée, résidence calme, il ne manque absolument rien dans le logement… et un hôte aux petits soins…

    The location of the studio is good, communication with the host was friendly, and we appreciated being able to check in early.

    Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was disappointing. The main issue was not just the cleanliness, but also the lack of maintenance. The bathroom was not clean, with a dirty shower caddy, stains on the shower screen, and limescale in several places. The shower curtain and shower rack are clearly in need of replacement. The studio was also very dusty, which caused problems for me as I have asthma. In addition, the cupboard containing the bin had a very unpleasant smell, and the studio itself had a stale odor. We believe guests should be able to expect a clean and well-maintained accommodation upon arrival. While the host later responded professionally to our feedback and even offered us a complimentary night for a future stay, an extra cleaning would not have resolved the maintenance issues. We appreciated their response, but as we no longer travel to Brussels, we declined the offer. We hope our feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
