  Stay Far Away! No Power, Roaches, Undisclosed Conditions & Promised Refund Never Paid

  The location was convenient, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of my experience.

  This was a horrible experience from beginning to end. Stay far away. I booked a last-minute apartment that was represented as available for check-in. Only after I paid was I told there was a scheduled building-wide power interruption expected to last until about 5:00 PM. That should have been disclosed before I committed to a nonrefundable reservation. Even then, I tried to be reasonable and agreed to proceed. I went grocery shopping while waiting because I fully intended to stay. When I returned, the building had electricity, but my apartment did not. I contacted the host and was given instructions involving the electrical breaker. I followed them and eventually got the power working. Then the lights came on and roaches scattered across the wall and table. Fortunately, I had not opened my suitcase. I documented what I saw, contacted the host and left. I never unpacked, never slept there and never spent the night. I had to find and pay for another accommodation. The claim that I “occupied” the unit for about two hours is misleading. That time was spent waiting for power, buying groceries, returning to no power in the unit, communicating with the host, dealing with the breaker, discovering roaches, documenting the condition and arranging somewhere else to stay. There were also security-deposit and guest-registration conditions communicated after booking or not clearly disclosed beforehand. Most importantly, when I said I could not stay, I was told one day's payment would be kept and the remaining two days refunded. That was part of the reason I agreed to leave. I never spent a single night there, yet I did not receive all of my money back. By the next day, the apartment I had vacated was listed for rent again. I tried to make this stay work. I accepted the outage, waited, shopped for my stay, returned, followed the electrical instructions and only left after the roaches appeared. Stay far away! You have been warned.

  立地、環境、静かでした。清掃も行き届いてます。

  お湯の水圧が弱い、洗濯機を使うと水漏れする、流しの排水が良くない。などがありました。

  Best host ever!

  The number one aspect of this place is the host. She will go out of her way to make sure that you are comfortable. The view is great. The place is nice and cozy. The location is excellent.
