  O flat é super completo com uma ótima distribuição de espaço. O prédio é muito bonito. A localização é boa. Tem até sacola para fazer compra, além de vários itens de higiene. A comunicação com a anfitriã é ótima. Super recomendo.

  Boa localização e apt muito equipado!

  Gostei bastante da localização, do prédio com uma ótima estrutura, o apartamento é bem equipado! Ótimo para uma pessoa ou um casal. Tudo muito organizado e limpo! A região tem vários cafés, lojinhas e bares. Vale a pena!

  Não gostei do horário do checkout, que é muto cedo às 10h. Levei um susto quando fui conferir. Mas conversei com a anfitriã, e ela disse da possiblidade de combinar. Mas já deixo aqui a minha sugestão para passar para às 12h, sendo que o checkin é às 15h. Outra coisa que pode melhorar tbm é o chuveiro, pois a água não sai muito quente se abrir muito.

  THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

  This was definitely the worst experience I have ever had with a booking. A few days before our arrival, I was in contact with the host and was asked to send photos of our passports as well as photos of our faces for the building’s facial-recognition entry system. The building having facial recognition is actually a plus. The host also sent me several long messages with detailed instructions. Unfortunately, she forgot the most important detail: the code to enter the apartment. We managed to enter the building by following the instructions we had received, but once inside, we realized that we had no way to access the apartment. Of course, people can forget things, and that alone would not have been such a big problem. The real problem was that the host then completely disappeared for more than six hours. We repeatedly tried to call and message her. The receptionist tried to help us, and even some people who lived in the building tried to contact someone on our behalf, but nobody could reach her. We ended up sitting in the lobby for more than six hours without knowing whether she would respond at all. Considering that the entire process is self check-in and that the apartment is cleaned by someone else, providing guests with the correct access information is one of the most basic responsibilities of the host. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication. As a host, especially on the day your guests are arriving, you should at least occasionally check your phone to make sure they have entered successfully or do not need assistance. During those hours, we were constantly on the phone with Booking.com customer support trying to resolve the situation and find alternative accommodation. After several exhausting hours, Booking.com eventually cancelled our reservation and helped us arrange another place to stay.

  Uma estadia excelente, marcada pelo cuidado, carinho e atenção de uma anfitriã excepcional.

  A Cláudia foi uma anfitriã excepcional: extremamente atenciosa, gentil e sempre muito solícita. Desde a chegada, fez questão de que tudo estivesse perfeito e esteve sempre disponível quando precisamos. Foi um daqueles atendimentos que realmente fazem diferença na experiência da hospedagem.

  Sinceramente, não tivemos nenhum ponto negativo durante a estadia. Tudo correu muito bem, fomos muito bem acolhidos e nos sentimos cuidados durante todo o período.
