Fantastic quiet location but amenity is very reliant on the adjoining upstairs unit being considerate of people below

Adjoining/ Upstairs unit attempted to enter during the night by wrong doorway due their own ignorance and proceeded to intrude on our amenity with loud movements through the building

The location is the only positive aspect of this apartment.
Unfortunately, this is a basement apartment, and the humidity level and musty smell are very unpleasant. On top of that, both the entrance and the apartment itself were poorly cleaned. I ended up leaving after just one night, even though I had booked two. This is the first time I've ever had to do that.

Amazing location surrounded by lots to do
It was central to everything and felt very safe and secure. I especially loved the access to a washer and dryer!
The people renting the place above had a child that ran a lot in the mornings. You can hear the pounding of their steps. Not a super big deal! We were up anyway.
