    The worst stay I have ever had

    This was one of the worst stays I have ever had through Booking.com. The apartment was not clean, and the host was extremely unprofessional. A month before arrival, the host promised me check-in at 9 AM. I even contacted him again the day before to confirm where I would get the keys. Only then he told me I would not be allowed to enter at 9 AM, despite his promise. On Booking.com there is no clear information about check-in or check-out times, which created a huge problem for me as I had to pack and reorganize everything last minute. The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading: They show two towels, but we received only one, hidden in the closet instead of prepared on the bed. Many items from the photos were missing in reality. The so-called “view” is just a tiny terrace overlooking a health center. To make things even worse, I had to spend two full days contacting Booking.com support, and in the end I was not offered any compensation at all for everything that happened. This property caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and problems. The listing is misleading, the host is unreliable, and Booking.com did nothing to protect the guest. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this apartment, as it can create serious issues for your trip.
