Mario is a great man with so much potential and down to earth and easy going... Location Price value are the top... if you are someone that travel on budget and excessively, this place is so cute in terms of amenities and conditions
The excessive use of artifical scents over the bed and the linen the color of the linen the lack of any ventilation or any wall opening (Air-conditioner is plus 5 euros back then in Aug 26) which is a must to breath

Its big studio and easy to get to beaches. Great set up in neighborhood with everything in area I needed. Attentive landlord and felt safe. Bed is comfortable and black out curtains were great. Its one of the cheapest places in Cyprus and I would stay again.
Shower not strong water. But it worked and hot. Kitchen in back room so house never smelled like food. I never cooked.

The place was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Mario was exceptionally polite, kind, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent — close to restaurants and bakeries, with convenient parking available. It’s also only about a 15-minute drive to Ayia Napa, making it a great base for exploring the area. I stayed there on my own, but I would especially recommend it for couples without children, as the atmosphere is truly romantic and ideal for a peaceful getaway. Thank you, Mario, for your kindness and hospitality. I will definitely visit again in the future.
