There was a weird smell to the room. There were no curtains on any of the windows so I was woken up by the sun. And the hot water didnt work and the Shower didnt turn on meaning I had to go to an important business meeting without being able to shower.

Very nice apartment very close to main centre of Birmingham. Apartment was clean, all radiators was working and able to set up temperature like i want, no smoking smell, nice quiet inside, nice kitchen with all i needed. Very reccomended for its location , price amd as well free car park space.

small think - owner should just clearly say that parking is behing black gate so visitors are clearly informed

Clean, convenient for a one night stay but no Premier Inn!

    Convenient for the trip.

External and internal access stairs definitely not for the faint hearted. A no no for those with mobility difficulties.
