the level of hospitality were far below expectations.
Location.
Unfortunately, our experience at Maya Studios was very disappointing. The studio was very small and had an unpleasant smell. The hot water took quite a while to heat up, and there were no basic hygiene products. Marianna told us they would be provided, but this never happened. The TV was practically useless, as it disconnected from the internet after only a few minutes. The air conditioning was also inadequate for the space: even when left running for a long time, it made almost no difference upstairs. The most disappointing part, however, was the communication. On the day of departure, Marianna did not answer the phone, reply to messages, or respond through Booking. Overall, both the conditions and the communication were far below expectations.

Perfect accommodation for a short stay like ours to visit family.
The location was perfect. The studio was really well thought through. Everything you would need is there. Lovely decor. Very clean. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful little studio right in the heart of Lakka surrounded by great restaurants and one or two minutes from the harbour, markets, coffee, and only a few minutes walk from the best nearby beach. Really well set up to stay for a few days. Great communication from the host of about the property and how to find it plus tips for the surrounding area.
Shower head holder was broken so had to be hand held, but not too big a deal, rest of the bathroom had very modern furnishings compared to other properties

Tuvimos que estar todo el tiempo preguntando cosas sobre el alojamiento y tardaban en responder
La ubicación y que estaba limpio
La mala comunicación con el alojamiento, cuando llegamos estaba la llave detrás de la puerta y pudimos entrar sin problema, pero estuvimos esperando a que nos respondieran del alojamiento. No nos indicaron cómo se activaba el agua caliente ni que la TV no tenía antena, tuvimos que preguntarlo todo nosotros. No nos dejaron agua en la nevera y nos dejaron una caja de cápsulas en la ventana. Además debajo de las escaleras tenían todo desordenado con sábanas papel higiénico etc… muy mala gestión
