Subpar
Location and clean
Bed as hard as a rock. Short height is good if you are 5’8” max. I’m 6’2” my head hit the shower head + very very small shower.

Good size apartment in a good location
Good location, a nice sized apartment. Bed was comfortable. Good communication with the owners
The bathroom had a bit of an odour, and the shower cubicle is really quite small!

Ok, kommt aber auf die Prioritäten an
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Große Auswahl an Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte usw.; Akropolis fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich habe um früheren Checkin gebeten, mir wurde erlaubt schon um 11:30 meinen Koffer abzustellen. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Letztendlich durfte ich deutlich früher ins Appartement. Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend. Der Raum ist großzügig und relativ sauber (nach den lokalen Standards - sehr sauber 😀).
Die Straße ist sehr laut. Man konnte die schöne Terrasse nicht nutzen. Sogar lüften ging problematisch. In dem Haus nebenan ging alle 2 Minuten ein Alarmsignal los, alle 5 Tage war dieses Geräusch da. Eine Baustelle in der direkten Nachbarschaft von 7 Uhr an produzierte einen Riesenkrach bis in den Abend hinein. Zum Glück waren die Fenster gut isoliert und Klimaanlage tüchtig. ÖPNV - Metro Akropolis ca. 10 min, mit Koffer problematisch (Pavement kaum vorhanden, man kann nicht richtig rollen).
