    Agradable, y muy buena ubicación

    Ubicación, limpieza, aire acondicionado

    Escaleras, no ver nadie que atienda, moqueta, calor en el wc. No hay ventanas de ventilación

    A very nice room in the very connected area of Ghent.

    The location is great as well as the complimentary coffee and pastry. I have found communication very good and they explained me everything until the day before I left with reminders of when to check-in and when to check-out. The price was also very good for the weekend I went.

    I didn't expect to many stairs, which was ok with my backpack. I have wished there would be a room to leave my backpack after checking out and I was a bit disappointed, as I had to go back to the train station and leave it there if I wanted to see more of the city without carrying my stuff.

    Nice touch with the voucher for coffee in downstairs cafe

    Clean and good location

    Very narrow stairs would be difficult for anyone with a heavy bag.
