    The host did not provide the key box code, did not show up for check-in, and did not respond to Booking.com chat, WhatsApp calls/messages, and phone calls. I had to contact my relatives in Canada so they could reach Booking.com support on my behalf. I was left standing outside two hours before sunset in cold, windy weather while trying to find alternatives, with no information from the host. This situation was extremely stressful and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property due to the complete lack of communication and failed check-in process.

    Man konnte sich mit den Nachteilen arrangieren, aber dafür war die Unterkunft zu teuer.

    Sehr gute ruhige Lage, nah am Strand und dem Boulevard

    Die Wohnung ist im Prinzip schick, aber in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden. Der einzige Schrank für Kleidung ging aus dem Leim. Ebenso eine Schublade und eine Verblendung in der Küche. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, keine Bügel, keine Möglichkeit, Bluse/Hemd aufzuhängen. Waschbecken-Abfluss nicht frei. Beim (an sich guten) Kühlschrank fehlen einige Aufhängungspunkte für einen Zwischenboden und der Griff der Eisfachtür. Keine Müllentsorgung zugehörig; die Vermieterin holt den Abfall „ca. einmal die Woche“ ab. Es gibt eine Treppe zum Innenhof; der ist auf den Booking-Fotos auch abgebildet, der untere Dauermieter schien ihn aber für sich zu beanspruchen. Bei Nachfragen (Teekanne, Wäscheständer) war die Vermieterin nicht hilfreich. Das Treppenhaus/der Eingangsbereich wurden nicht gereinigt.

    Schöne und saubere Unterkunft

    Sehr saubere ruhig gelegene Unterkunft, günstig gelegen, Bahnhof 5 Min. fussläufig zum Bahnhof entfernt, ca. 7 Min. zum nächsten Supermarkt. Das Meer ist innerhalb 2 Min. zu erreichen. Ca. 4 km entfernt ist der wunderschöne Nationalpark.
