    Nette Wohnung in gewöhnungsbedürftiger Lage

    Preis-Leistung gut, netter Kontakt zu Vermieter, Haus intern ruhig, nötigsten Dinge zum kochen usw. waren vorhanden. Und es gibt eine gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt. Es gibt eine Spül- und Waschmaschine, was natürlich echt cool ist für eine Ferienwohnung.

    Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt hart. Polizeieinsätze und nächtliche Randale sind da scheinbar nicht ungewöhnlich. Nach Sonnenuntergang sind wir nicht mehr rausgegangen (Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts!). Zu der Wohnung an sich : Die Betten sind schon ziemlich durchgelegen und die Matratzen waren fleckig.. allgemein hätte es an der ein oder anderen Stelle sauberer sein können. Und leider gibt es keinen Duschvorhang, sodass man schnell das Bad unterwasser setzt. Ein kleines Sofa oder so wäre im Wohnzimmer auch ganz cool gewesen, aber das ist zweitrangig.

    Saubere und ordentliche Wohnung. Gute Lage zu den Bussen. In der Küche war alles Wichtige vorhanden. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe, Aufzug vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

    Gute Lage/ sehr ruhig/bequeme Betten

    Kein Geschirrspüler und keine Mikrowelle in der Küche/im Bad geht sehr eng zu zwischen Waschbecken und WC
