    L'emplacement.la douche extérieure.

    Le lit qui fait des cuvettes, l'équipement cuisine très insuffisant, peu de vaisselle et lave vaisselle qui lave mal. Pas d'éponge ni de chiffon, pas de sac poubelle, et peu de papier toilette.

    Le confort, les équipements et la propreté du studio. La literie est de bonne qualité. L'emplacement du logement à deux pas de la mer. Un parking public et gratuit à côté. Le propriétaire est très réactif et arrangeant.
